It’s no Apple iTractor, but LiamTronix did manage to convert a 60-year-old Ferguson tractor into an electric vehicle, which required him to part the engine and gearbox, a dangerous process to say the least.

Next, a precise plate needed to be fabricated to mount the motor perfectly in line with the input shaft before making splined coupler using the center of the old clutch plate. The DC electric motor unit was then tested with a 12 V car battery, while a steel frame replaces the engine block in the structure. A battery pack then had to be built before it could be tested.
